Ken Kinderman focuses his practice on the needs of small business clients, entrepreneurs and their families, including automobile dealers, retailers, construction contractors and others. Grounded in tax law and experienced in a wide array of areas, Ken brings clients practical and well considered solutions to often complex problems.
Prior to joining Seiller Waterman, Ken practiced for more than 24 years as a partner with another local firm gaining a diversified experience for a wide variety of clientele. Ken is a Louisville native, a graduate of Saint Xavier High School, long-time counsel for the GlenOaks Homeowners’ Association and a director of the Franciscan Kitchen.
