Allison Dempsey (“Alli”) was born and raised in Owenton, Kentucky. She graduated with honors from the University of Louisville with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and minors in Political Science and Business Management. Alli then went on graduate summa cum laude, in the top 10% of her class, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. During her law school tenure, Alli was a member, editor, and published author of the University of Louisville Law Review. She also served as a member of honor counsel.
Alli joined Seiller Waterman LLC as an associate with the firm’s litigation group after clerking with the firm during her second year of law school. She assists with the representation of a broad range of clients in a variety of cases, related primarily to commercial litigation and business disputes. In addition, Alli also has experience in litigating divorce actions and custody disputes.
Outside of the office, Alli enjoys cooking, playing fetch with her dog Milo, and exploring the Louisville food scene.
